Plans & pricing

Pay for outcomes, not hours.

Every plan names what you get. Hours are a cap on our time, not the thing you're buying. And every plan starts with the $1,000 Sprint, so you never pay monthly for a guess.

  • Named outcomes, in writing
  • $1,000 Sprint, credited to month 1 (how)
  • Calculator shows if a plan won't pay

How pricing works

Three steps. Stop after any of them.

Everyone starts with the one-week Sprint. A monthly plan comes next only if the Sprint shows it pays, and Reliability only once something is live. Each step is laid out below.

  1. The Sprint

    $1,000 one time

One week on one workflow: mapped, measured, and one piece of the fix finished. The readout says which plan fits, or that you don't need one. What the Sprint includes
  2. A monthly plan

    $2,500–$7,500 a month

Only if the Sprint shows it pays. Your $1,000 comes off month 1 when you do the pre-work within 48 hours, attend both live sessions, and start within 30 days of the readout.Compare the plans
  3. Reliability, after launch

    $1,000–$5,000 a month

Once your plan ends, keep someone watching what we built. Optional and month-to-month.See the tiers

Not ready to spend $1,000? The free Snapshot maps one workflow and shows what to fix first, in 15 minutes.

New to AI employees? Each one takes the first pass at one job in your tools, and your people review its work. See how it works.

Step 1: the Sprint

Prove it in one week.

Before any monthly plan, we work one workflow with you for five business days. You keep all seven deliverables, whatever you decide next.

Every plan starts here

AI Operations Sprint

One workflow mapped and measured, and one piece of the fix finished, in five business days.

$1,000 one time

Flat price, one week. Credited in full to your first month when you meet the credit conditions.

Book my $1,000 Sprint

Booking starts with a 30-minute call to pick your workflow. Nothing is charged online.

7 deliverables, in writing

  1. AI Operations Blueprint. A written map and a one-page diagram of how the workflow really runs.
  2. Tool and data inventory. Every system you pay for, what data it holds, and whether it's safe to connect to AI.
  3. AI usage report. Which AI your team uses, on which accounts, with each risk rated and its fix.
  4. Top 3 opportunities. Three fixes, ranked on value, effort, risk, and readiness.
  5. Operating baseline. Volume, cycle time, rework, and handoffs, each with its source.
  6. One finished deliverable. Built in your tools and tested with you, such as your first AI employee, an automation, or an SOP.
  7. 30-60-90 plan. Next steps with owners and dates, and a straight answer on which plan fits, or that you don't need one.

What you put in

The pre-work within 48 hours of booking, a 90-minute kickoff on day 1, a short check-in on day 4, and the readout on day 5.

The All-Seven Guarantee. Submit the pre-work and show up to both live sessions. If you don't have all seven deliverables at the readout, we keep working, at no extra cost, until you do. See the Sprint day by day.

Step 2: a monthly plan

Then a plan, if it pays.

Pick the plan your readout points to. Each one lists what you get every month and what's delivered by month 3, and your $1,000 comes off the first month.

AI Implementation

Advisory + AI Implementation

AI employees working one workflow on your connected tools, with your team trained to review them.

$4,500 /month

3-month term. No onboarding fee.
Or month-to-month: a one-time $3,000 onboarding fee, and 30 days' notice to cancel.

The advisory is part of this price, not a second bill.

Every month

  • A weekly 60-minute working session
  • Up to 8 implementation hours

6 deliverables by month 3

  1. Connected tools. The tools you already use, connected so your AI employees can read from them and draft in them.
  2. One redesigned workflow. Written down: what AI drafts, who reviews it, and what it never does.
  3. AI employees at work. Drafting real work in a review queue that your team approves.
  4. Staff training and AI use policy. Your team trained to review AI work fast, and a written policy for how they use AI.
  5. Permission register. What AI can read and do, and who approved it.
  6. Results report. The workflow measured against the baseline from your Sprint.

  3. Owner's scorecard. The 5 to 7 numbers you review every month, each with its source and owner, starting from your Sprint baseline.

Best for

Owners who need clearer rules, cadence, and delegation before anything gets built.

Start with the $1,000 Sprint

Step 1 is the one-week Sprint. Then $2,500 a month, with the $1,000 credited to month 1.

Big, defined project? Same path: the Envisioning Workshop in weeks 1–2 sizes it, and if it needs more than the plan's capacity we say so in writing before anything is built.

Your $1,000 Sprint is credited to your first month when you meet the credit conditions. Step up anytime. Step down or pause at the end of a term with 30 days' notice.

Extra hours are quoted in 5-hour blocks. Licenses, AI usage, and hosting are billed to you directly.

Not sure which plan fits? The Sprint's readout tells you, or tells you that you don't need one.

Step 3: AI Ops Reliability

After launch, someone keeps watching.

AI systems drift when models, prompts, data, or vendor connections change. Reliability keeps someone watching once your plan ends, so you hear about it from a report, not from an angry customer.

Is it worth it?

Will it pay for itself? Do the math.

Put in what the problem costs you now. If no plan pays for itself, the calculator says so. We'd rather lose the sale than sell you something that doesn't pay.

Repeat questions, chasing status, fixing handoffs, rework.

What you'd pay to replace your highest-value hour, or your revenue per owner hour.

Everyone who enters it, checks it, or waits on it.

Re-keying, searching, waiting, and rework.

Pay plus taxes, benefits, and overhead.

Missed follow-ups, quotes nobody sent, work that never got billed.

Use the profit on each if you want a conservative number.

Your assumption. The Sprint measures the real number.

25%

About $123,360 a year. You'd keep about $2,570 a month. Advisory pays for itself.

Example numbers. Change them to yours.

This workflow is costing you about $123,360 a year.

That's $10,280 a month, until you fix it.

Owner time
$62,400 a year
Team time
$24,960 a year
Dropped work
$36,000 a year

If fixing it won back 25%, you'd keep about $2,570 a month.

Whether each offer pays for itself at your numbers
OfferPricePays back?
AI Operations Sprint$1,000 once$1,000 onceYes. Pays back in about 12 days.
Operational Advisory$2,500/month$2,500/monthYes. Returns $1.03 for every $1, so you're $70 a month ahead.
AI Implementation$4,500/month$4,500/monthNo. Returns $0.57 for every $1, so you're $1,930 a month short.
Custom Build$7,500/month$7,500/monthNo. Returns $0.34 for every $1, so you're $4,930 a month short.

Advisory pays for itself

What you'd win back covers the $2,500/month Operational Advisory plan. Every plan starts with the $1,000 Sprint, which measures your real baseline before you commit to anything monthly.

Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain words.

Why is there a 3-month term?

Because real work takes time to go live and get used. A 3-month term gives it that time. Don't want to commit? Go month-to-month and pay a one-time onboarding fee instead: $3,000 for AI Implementation, $5,000 for Custom Build.

What happens to unused hours?

They don't roll over. Hours are a cap, not a bank. You're paying for the outcome, and we plan every month around hitting it.

Who owns what you build?

Accounts and credentials are held in your business's name. Ownership terms for code and reusable components are set in your written agreement.

Can we move between plans?

Yes. Step up anytime. Step down or pause at the end of a term with 30 days' notice.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, within 3 days of your first payment, including any onboarding fee. After that the work has started. A 3-month term stands, and on month-to-month the month in progress isn't refunded.

What does it cost after launch?

AI Ops Reliability, month-to-month: Watch at $1,000, Maintain at $2,500, or Operate at $5,000 a month. It starts when your plan ends, only if you want it. Your handoff package recommends a tier, and you can change tiers with 30 days' notice.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the named deliverables. We don't promise percentages. We measure your starting point in the Sprint and report against it.

Every plan starts with one week.

Prove it in a week before you commit to a plan. Do the pre-work within 48 hours of booking, attend both live sessions, start a plan within 30 days of the readout, and the $1,000 comes off your first month.
