Accessibility

The site should work for everyone who runs a business.

Our working target is WCAG 2.1 AA. This page describes what we actually do, and how to tell us where we fall short. Last updated August 14, 2026.

What we do

  • Color contrast is measured in the build tooling against the 4.5:1 WCAG AA minimum for normal text, and failures are fixed rather than shipped.
  • The site is keyboard-operable: visible focus states, a skip-to-content link, and menus that close on Escape.
  • Motion respects your settings — under prefers-reduced-motion, animations resolve to their finished state instead of playing.
  • Content is semantic HTML: real headings, real lists, crawlable FAQs, and alt text on meaningful images.
  • Booking and contact are available as plain forms, and every important action works without a pointer.

Known limitations

Older pages and some PDF documents predate the current standard and are being brought up to it as they are rebuilt. Third-party surfaces (checkout, video calls) follow their providers' accessibility work.

Tell us where it fails you

If anything here is hard to use with your setup — screen reader, keyboard, magnifier, or anything else — contact us and describe the page and the barrier. Accessibility reports go to the top of the fix queue.
