Privacy Policy

Plain language about what we collect, why, and who touches it. Last updated August 14, 2026.

Who we are

Corporate Synergy Solutions (“CSS”) is an operating-systems company based in Auburn, Washington. Questions about this policy go to our contact page.

What we collect

Information you give us. Form submissions (name, work email, company, phone, and what you tell us about your workflows), booking details (chosen time, topic, format, and any guest email addresses you add — guests receive the calendar invite you asked us to send), and account details if you sign in.

Client engagement content. If you become a client, your portal holds the working record of the engagement: documents, messages, commitments, and session recaps. That content is used to deliver the engagement, and for nothing else without your written consent.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches CSS servers; we store references to Stripe records (such as invoice status and the card brand and last four digits) so your portal can show what was paid.

Usage information. We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used, and a Meta (Facebook) pixel with server-side events to measure whether our advertising works. Analytics is about pages and actions, not about reading your content.

How we use it

To respond to what you sent, run bookings you asked for, deliver client engagements, operate and improve the site, and measure marketing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client engagement content to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

Service providers under their own privacy and security terms: Clerk (sign-in and accounts), Convex (application database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments), Google (calendar and video calls for bookings), PostHog (product analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), and transactional email providers for the messages you request. Each receives only what its job requires.

AI, drafted; humans, accountable

Where AI features appear (for example, drafted session recaps), a person reviews and confirms the result. Do not submit client-sensitive, regulated, or payment information through public forms; forms say so where it matters.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while it is relevant to the relationship it came from, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — contact us and we will act on verified requests. Marketing email always includes a working unsubscribe.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted plainly rather than slipped in.
