AI Operations Sprint

One week. One workflow. One thing finished.

Pick the workflow that keeps landing on your desk. In five business days, we map it, measure it, and build one piece of the fix with your team. Whatever you decide after, you keep all of it.

  • $1,000 flat
  • 7 deliverables, in writing
  • 90 min from you on day 1
  • Credited if you keep going (conditions)

Day 5: the readoutBlueprint, baseline, and one thing finished.

Sound familiar?

The same workflow keeps landing on your desk.

  • Every “quick question” comes back to you.Pricing. Status. The odd exception. You answer it. Then you answer it again.
  • Your team uses AI. Nobody set the rules.Different tools, personal accounts, and nobody checking what goes out.
  • You’ve paid for AI. Nothing changed.Another subscription. Same Tuesday.
  • You’re the most expensive person doing the cheapest work. And it never shows up on a report.

Example

$62,400

A year of your time, at 8 hours a week and $150 an hour. The Sprint costs $1,000. That's less than one week of the problem.

Why AI hasn't fixed this yet

AI isn't failing. Hype-first AI is.

Big companies can afford to burn money finding out what works. You can't. So the Sprint starts from your problem, not from a tool.

  1. The money pitThe biggest AI model for every small task

Problem-firstThe right-sized tool for each jobCheap and fast for sorting and drafting. Big models only where judgment matters.

  2. The money pitA new AI subscription for every problem

Problem-firstWhat you already pay for, firstWe inventory your tools. Many have AI features nobody turned on.

  3. The money pit“Everybody, use ChatGPT more.”

Problem-firstAI built into the workflowIt drafts inside the process and your team approves. Nobody has to learn prompting from scratch.

  4. The money pit“It’ll make us more productive.”

Problem-firstA number, or it goesWe measure the baseline first. If a fix can’t beat it, we tell you to cut it.

Everything you get

Seven things you can hold. Named before you pay.

Not “insights.” Not a slide deck. Each one ends a problem you have right now.

  1. AI Operations Blueprint

Ends: “Only I know how this works.”

You get: A written map of the workflow as it really runs, plus a one-page diagram. Each step names the record, the context, the owner, the decision, and the feedback.

After: Someone other than you can follow the workflow, and every later fix starts from the same map.

  2. Tool and data inventory

Ends: Paying for a tool you already own.

You get: One table: every system you pay for, what data it holds, who can see it, and whether it's safe to connect to AI: yes, no, or with limits.

After: You know what to keep, what overlaps, and what can safely touch your data.

  3. AI usage report

    Ends: AI nobody is watching.

You get: A short report by role: which AI tools, for which tasks, on company or personal accounts. Each risk is rated high, medium, or low, with the fix.

After: You know where client data goes today, and which rules to set first.

  4. Top 3 opportunities

Ends: Fixing the wrong thing first.

You get: Three fixes, ranked and scored on value, effort, risk, and readiness. Each is labeled with the kind of fix it needs: prompt pack, SOP, automation, AI employee, or custom build.

After: You know what comes after this week, and what to ignore.

  5. Operating baseline

    Ends: “It feels faster.”

You get: A scorecard for the workflow: volume, cycle time, rework, and handoffs. Each number shows its source and how we counted it.

After: Every later review reports against these numbers, so “did it work?” gets a real answer.

  6. One finished deliverable

Ends: Another plan with nothing built.

You get: The item you pick from the menu below, set up in your tools and tested with you on real examples at the day 4 check-in.

After: One piece of the problem is handled this week, and it's working before the readout.

  7. 30-60-90 plan

    Ends: “So… what now?”

You get: What happens in the first 30, 60, and 90 days, who owns each step, and which baseline number it should move. Plus a straight answer: which plan fits, or that you don't need one.

After: You leave the readout with next steps, owners, and dates, whether you hire us or not.

  8. Bonus

    A bonus prompt pack

Book the Sprint and get one reviewed prompt pack for another role of your choice.

Keep going after the readout, and that $1,000 comes back as credit, on three conditions. Here's how.

The one thing done

Pick one. It's built and tested by day 4.

You don't just leave with a plan. You leave with something working.

  • Your first AI employee: an AI assistant set up for one job, with instructions, reference documents, and review rules
  • One tool you already use, connected to your team’s AI assistant
  • One workflow SOP, written for your staff
  • One reviewed prompt pack (5–10 prompts) for a single role
  • One automation, set up in a tool you already own

  4. Day 4

YouA short check-in to test your finished deliverable.

UsWe build it and set it up in your tools.

  5. Day 5

    YouThe readout.

UsBlueprint, plan, and a straight answer on what’s next.

Next: a 30-minute call to pick your workflow and set your kickoff week. 4 Sprints a month, so each one gets full attention.

How the credit works

Keep going, and the Sprint costs you nothing extra.

Stop after the readout, and you still keep everything. Here are both paths.

If you stop after day 5

$1,000

Paid once. Then you're done. You keep all seven deliverables, including:

  • The blueprint of how the workflow really runs
  • Your baseline numbers
  • The one thing we finished, working
  • Your 30-60-90 plan

No plan required. No pressure.

If you keep going

$1,000 credited back, $0 extra

Start any monthly plan within 30 days of the readout. The full $1,000 comes off your first month.

AI Implementation, month 1$4,500

Sprint credit−$1,000

You pay for month 1$3,500

Sprint plus month 1: $4,500. The same as month 1 on its own.

This example uses the 3-month term, which has no onboarding fee. The credit works the same on any plan.

Book my Sprint

Three things earn the credit

  1. Submit the pre-work within 48 hours of bookingSo the week runs on your real records, not guesses.
  2. Attend both live sessionsThe day 1 kickoff and the day 5 readout, so decisions get made with you in the room.
  3. Start a monthly plan within 30 days of the readoutSo the plan starts while the numbers are fresh.

Sign a 3-month AI Implementation or Custom Build plan at the readout, and a half-day Team AI Training session is included on top.

Sprints are capped at 4 a month so each one gets full attention. When this month's are gone, you get the next open slot. The credit applies once and doesn't stack.

The All-Seven Guarantee

All seven, or we keep working. No extra cost.

Submit the pre-work and show up to both live sessions. If you don't have all seven deliverables at the readout, we keep working, at no extra cost, until you do.

  1. AI Operations Blueprint
  2. Tool and data inventory
  3. AI usage report
  4. Top 3 opportunities
  5. Operating baseline
  6. One finished deliverable
  7. 30-60-90 plan

Read what's in each one

This is for you if

You're done being the bottleneck.

  • You’re the owner, and one workflow keeps landing back on your desk
  • Your team uses AI, but nobody set the rules for what it does and who checks it
  • You want proof in a week, not a promise in a quarter
  • You’ll give us 90 minutes on day 1 and show up for the readout on day 5

This is not for you if

You want magic.

  • You want custom code, a custom-built connector, or a data migration this week. That’s a Custom Build.
  • You want five workflows fixed at once. The Sprint does one, properly.
  • You want a guaranteed percentage up front. We measure first, then report what changed.

Software licenses and AI usage costs are yours. You pay those directly.

Before you book

Sprint questions, answered straight.

What do you need from me?

A short intake, a few sample records, and access to the tools you choose to share. Then 90 minutes on day 1, a short check-in when we test the deliverable, and the readout on day 5. That's it.

Why not just buy an AI tool?

Because a tool without a workflow is just another subscription. The Sprint starts with the workflow, checks what you already pay for, and builds the smallest fix that works. Sometimes that's a new tool. Sometimes it's one you already own.

What if my workflow is too messy for a week?

Good. Messy is normal. We map one workflow as it really runs, mess included, and pick the one deliverable to fit the week.

What happens after the readout?

You get a straight answer. Meet the three credit conditions above, and the full $1,000 comes off your first month. If you don't need a plan, we'll say so. No pressure, no pitch deck.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the seven deliverables, in writing. We don't promise percentages we haven't measured. We measure your starting point instead, so every later change is a number, not a story.

Next week, this could be fixed.

Or it could still be on your desk. Book the Sprint, or start free with the Snapshot and bring it to the kickoff.
