What happens after the 14-day trial?
No card is needed and nothing charges automatically. Keep Pro for $29 a month or $290 a year, or stay on Free.
What happens at 35 contacts?
Guests can still scan your QR, but the extra contact records stay locked until you upgrade. Handshakes and receiving introductions stay free.
Does the person scanning need an account?
No. Guests share their details and open your resources in a browser. Only confirming a Handshake or joining a room needs an account.
Who can see my notes?
Your notes stay in your workspace. In a team workspace, members see shared contacts, but private quick notes stay with their author. You choose what goes on your public contact card.
Does it send messages on its own?
No. You review and approve every follow-up before it's sent. The one exception: event intake can send the host's first connection email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
