API and webhook monitoring: when a connected service changes or fails, we're alerted and we fix the connection
AI model and prompt upkeep: when a provider retires a model or changes how it behaves, we switch models and recalibrate prompts so your outputs stay consistent
Monthly security and dependency patching
1 hour a month of quick tweaks, such as a new form field, an email template, a prompt rule, or adding a user. It doesn't roll over.
Support through a ticket portal, answered the next business day, and a 4-hour response to a critical outage during business hours

The terms

Every build includes 30 days of Synergy Care after launch, then you choose Synergy Care, Synergy Evolve or a Self-Hosted Handoff.
Hosting is included up to standard business use, for example 25 GB of database storage and standard compute.
Past standard use (for example 25 GB of storage), the provider's extra charge bills to your card. We'll tell you before you reach it.
Your own usage bills from outside services, such as AI usage, text messages, and email volume, stay on your card.
If our code has a bug or a connection token expires, Care fixes it. A new workflow step, or a change you make to an outside account, uses your included time or becomes a Module.
