1 · The deliverables
What you get, one by one
Platform protection
Error logging, uptime monitoring, security patches, and connectors kept working as the APIs behind them change.
Automated error logging and uptime monitoring, security patches as they come out, and connector upkeep when an API you depend on changes. Every quarter we review who and what can access each system.
You receive: A monitored, patched platform and a quarterly permission review.
Cloud and AI cost audit
Every quarter: SaaS seats, hosting, and AI usage checked for waste and coming spikes.
A quarterly audit of your software subscriptions, cloud hosting, and AI usage charges, to find unused seats and services nobody uses anymore before they turn into a surprise bill.
You receive: A quarterly cost report with what to cut.
Dependency ledger
A living list of outdated libraries, database bloat, and breaking changes coming in your stack.
We keep a register of outdated libraries, database bloat, and breaking changes your vendors have announced, so each one is handled before it causes downtime.
You receive: A dependency ledger, kept current.
Backup and restore checks
Each month we confirm your backups ran and that a restore brings the system back.
Every month we verify that the automated database backups ran and that the restore steps work, so the business can keep going if something fails.
You receive: A monthly backup and restore check.
Documentation baseline
Architecture diagrams and the configuration register kept current, so the knowledge stays with you.
We keep the core architecture diagrams and the register of environment settings up to date, so how your system works is written down and owned by your business.
You receive: Current diagrams and a configuration register you own.
Engineering time
For upkeep, small fixes, copy and image changes, or light automation updates.
Hands-on development for maintenance, small hotfixes, copy and image changes, or light updates to your automations.
You receive: Engineering from your monthly capacity.
2 · Month by month
How the three months run
- Month 1
Get in
Monitoring and error logging checked, the first backup and restore check, and your first roadmap call.
- Month 2
Write it down
The dependency ledger and documentation baseline in place, and a second roadmap call on what the first month showed.
- Month 3
Review
The quarterly cost audit and permission review, and the next quarter's priorities.
3 · What we need from you
Your part
- Questions and requests sent to the email queue
- Admin access to the systems we look after
- 45 minutes a month for the roadmap call
4 · How it starts
Every tier starts with the $499 Diagnostic
The AI Operations Diagnostic is one week on one workflow, documents only: we map it, measure it, and write the scope for the first fix. Nothing is built that week. Its readout tells you whether this tier fits, or that you don't need one. Seven documents, in writing, covered by the All-Seven Guarantee.
You get $1,000 off your first month, the full $499 you paid for the Diagnostic, plus $501 from us, when you:
- Submit the pre-work within 48 hours of booking
- Attend both live sessions
- Start a Foundation tier's 3-month term within 30 days of the readout
5 · The terms, in plain words
The fine print
- Term
- 3-month commitment. No month-to-month option, and no onboarding fee.
- Refunds
- Full refund within 3 days of your first payment. After that the work has started, and the 3-month term stands.
- Best for
- Systems that already run and need someone senior looking after them, without a standing meeting.
- Unused hours
- Included dev hours bank for 60 days, up to 8 hours.
- Extra hours
- $350/hour outside a Build Add-On, agreed in writing before the work.
- Build Add-Ons
- Month-to-month, on top of an active Foundation tier. Turn one on, change its size, or pause it from one month to the next. Its hours are planned against the scoped build and don't roll over.
- Third-party costs
- Licenses, AI usage, and hosting are billed to you directly.
- Ownership
- Accounts and credentials are held in your business's name. Ownership terms for code and reusable components are set in your written agreement.
- Changing plans
- Step up anytime. Step down or pause at the end of a 3-month term, with 30 days' notice.
6 · When there's something to build
Build Add-Ons
Your dev hours cover upkeep and small changes. For a bigger build, add a Build Add-On on top of this tier, month-to-month, and turn it off once the build is live. Outside an add-on, extra hours are $350/hour.
- Workflow Build: $3,500 a month for 10 dev hours ($350/hr)
- Portal Build: $8,000 a month for 25 dev hours ($320/hr)
- Platform Build: $12,000 a month for 40 dev hours ($300/hr)
