Synergy Evolve improves one system we built. Direct Advisory is senior advice across your business and tools. A Partnership Tier doesn't host your software: if we host it, keep Synergy Care alongside your tier, and your tier's hours replace Synergy Evolve's.

The terms

Every build includes 30 days of Synergy Care after launch, then you choose Synergy Care, Synergy Evolve or a Self-Hosted Handoff.
Hosting is included up to standard business use, for example 25 GB of database storage and standard compute.
Past standard use (for example 25 GB of storage), the provider's extra charge bills to your card. We'll tell you before you reach it.
Your own usage bills from outside services, such as AI usage, text messages, and email volume, stay on your card.
If our code has a bug or a connection token expires, Care fixes it. A new workflow step, or a change you make to an outside account, uses your included time or becomes a Module.
