Fixed-Scope Builds · Tier 4
Business Platform
One platform that runs the whole business: CRM, internal operations, portals for clients and vendors, AI agents built in, and deep two-way integrations.

- 8–12+ weeks

What qualifies as a Business Platform
The Diagnostic defines the scope before building starts. This tier covers:
- Designed and locked in the Diagnostic's seven-document blueprint before the build starts
- 3 or more roles with detailed permissions (for example owner, staff, field tech or contractor, and client)
- Complex custom integrations, payment or accounting-system syncing, and AI automation across several agents
A small overage is a Module: an integration for $1,200, a screen for $1,500, or an AI skill for $1,500. Anything past these limits that isn't a Module is quoted at $350/hour, in writing, before the build starts.
Is this the right size?
One department's tool, with 2 roles and no outside users? An Operations System ($14,500) may be enough.
Scale into a full platform when you're ready to open branded portals to your clients, vendors, and partners.
Every build includes
- Built as professional, full-code software. No bloated low-code templates and no vendor lock-in: you own clean, production-grade code.
- Tuning and testing windows set in the blueprint too
- 30 days of Synergy Care after launch: we host it, watch it, and handle early adjustments.
- A fixed price, agreed before the first payment.
What you can build here
- A full service operating system
- Sales CRM, dispatch and fulfillment, a field or staff app, a client self-service portal, and automated billing and reporting.
- A commercial software product or client platform
- Software you can sell, or a full portal serving many client accounts, with detailed security permissions.
Where real ideas land at this tier
- The sales, operations, and client system
- Outside users come in. Clients get a branded portal to approve quotes, upload files, follow status, and pay invoices. Contractors get a restricted login to pick up jobs, and AI agents sort support messages and schedule work.
- The team training and enablement system
- An academy for people inside and outside the company. Franchises, partners, or paying customers get their own logins and learning paths tied to their live performance numbers, with billing and white-labeled dashboards.
Clients we've built this for
- SageLink
- A business platform for manufacturers: store documents, run audits, log safety incidents, and manage several locations within a business line. Audit prep fell from 14–18 hours per plant inspection to under 10 minutes.
- The Cradle Spa
- A booking flow built into their website, with an admin portal for the team and a client portal for customers. Clients book with no login, and owner time on client updates fell from 8.5 hours a week to 0.5.
The terms
- Delivery time counts from kickoff: scope signed, first payment cleared, and the access and data in your scope received. If we're waiting on you, the clock pauses. For a build that starts with the Diagnostic, kickoff comes after the readout.
- Pay in full up front, half to start and half at launch, or in thirds: at the start, at a working demo midway, and at launch.
- Financing is available from a Team System up, with terms set in your proposal.
- Full refund within 3 days of a build's first payment. After that the work has started, and the scope you approved stands.
