1 · The deliverables
What you get, one by one
Platform protection
Connectors kept working, performance reviewed, and a security and permission audit every month.
We keep your connectors working as the APIs behind them change, review where the system is slow, and audit security settings and permissions every month.
You receive: A monthly security and permission audit.
Scoping before you build
Specs, database schemas, and wireframes written before a Build Add-On starts, so build hours go to building.
Before you turn on a Build Add-On, we use the syncs to write the technical spec, the database schema, and wireframes. Your build hours then go to building, not to working out what to build.
You receive: A written spec and wireframes for each build.
AI model and prompt review
Each month: new AI models, what each costs against how it performs, and how lean your prompts are.
Every month we look at new model releases, what each AI service costs against how well it performs, and how efficient your prompts are, so your AI features stay fast, accurate, and affordable.
You receive: A monthly AI model and prompt review.
Build-or-buy calls
A straight answer on off-the-shelf software or custom code, so you don't build what you could buy.
When a new need comes up, we compare the off-the-shelf tools against custom code and recommend what does the job for less, so your stack stays lean.
You receive: A written build-or-buy recommendation for each need.
Analytics review
How people use the product, where they drop out, and how fast it runs, so the roadmap follows real data.
We review your user tracking, where people drop out of each funnel, and how long the system takes to respond, so the roadmap is set by real use instead of guesses.
You receive: Findings at each sync, tied to the roadmap.
Engineering time
For feature improvements, sub-workflows, or a smoother onboarding.
Hands-on engineering for meaningful feature improvements, smaller workflows inside your system, or a smoother onboarding for your users.
You receive: Engineering from your monthly capacity.
2 · Month by month
How the three months run
- Month 1
Get in
Access to your systems and analytics, the first two syncs, and the first security and permission audit.
- Month 2
Shape it
User flows and the next features specced, the first AI model and prompt review, and dev hours on the first improvements.
- Month 3
Plan the build
The analytics review against the roadmap, build-or-buy calls on what's next, and a spec ready for a Build Add-On if you need one.
3 · What we need from you
Your part
- The 30-minute sync every two weeks
- One person who owns the product and answers questions between syncs
- Access to your analytics and the systems we look after
4 · How it starts
Every tier starts with the $499 Diagnostic
The AI Operations Diagnostic is one week on one workflow, documents only: we map it, measure it, and write the scope for the first fix. Nothing is built that week. Its readout tells you whether this tier fits, or that you don't need one. Seven documents, in writing, covered by the All-Seven Guarantee.
You get $1,000 off your first month, the full $499 you paid for the Diagnostic, plus $501 from us, when you:
- Submit the pre-work within 48 hours of booking
- Attend both live sessions
- Start a Foundation tier's 3-month term within 30 days of the readout
5 · The terms, in plain words
The fine print
- Term
- 3-month commitment. No month-to-month option, and no onboarding fee.
- Refunds
- Full refund within 3 days of your first payment. After that the work has started, and the 3-month term stands.
- Best for
- Products still changing month to month, where the next build needs a spec before it needs a developer.
- Unused hours
- Included dev hours bank for 60 days, up to 16 hours.
- Extra hours
- $350/hour outside a Build Add-On, agreed in writing before the work.
- Build Add-Ons
- Month-to-month, on top of an active Foundation tier. Turn one on, change its size, or pause it from one month to the next. Its hours are planned against the scoped build and don't roll over.
- Third-party costs
- Licenses, AI usage, and hosting are billed to you directly.
- Ownership
- Accounts and credentials are held in your business's name. Ownership terms for code and reusable components are set in your written agreement.
- Changing plans
- Step up anytime. Step down or pause at the end of a 3-month term, with 30 days' notice.
6 · When there's something to build
Build Add-Ons
Your dev hours cover upkeep and small changes. For a bigger build, add a Build Add-On on top of this tier, month-to-month, and turn it off once the build is live. Outside an add-on, extra hours are $350/hour.
- Workflow Build: $3,500 a month for 10 dev hours ($350/hr)
- Portal Build: $8,000 a month for 25 dev hours ($320/hr)
- Platform Build: $12,000 a month for 40 dev hours ($300/hr)
