What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for the following:

  • Coaching Sessions: You can cancel a scheduled coaching session and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 3 days before the session date.

  • Course Materials: Unused course materials, including unopened workbooks or access codes for online modules, can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Timeframe for Returns:

  • To receive a full refund for a coaching session, you must submit your cancellation request at least 3 days before the scheduled session.

  • Unused course materials can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by email at hello@corporatesynergysolutions.com with the subject line "Return Request."

  2. Include Information: In your email, please include your order number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.

  3. Return Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions and any necessary forms.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria (unused, unopened), we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping fees.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used Course Materials: Course materials that have been accessed online or partially completed cannot be returned.

  • Coaching Sessions: Refunds cannot be issued for coaching sessions that have already taken place, even if you were unable to attend.

  • Services Rendered: We cannot offer refunds for services rendered according to the agreed-upon specifications, even if the client decides they no longer need them.
