  • Coaching Sessions: You can receive a full refund for a scheduled coaching session if you notify us at least 3 days before the session date.

  • Development Projects: For custom application development projects, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of development at the time of cancellation.

    • Cancellation Before Development Begins: If you cancel a development project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellation During Development: If you cancel a development project after work has begun, a cancellation fee will be assessed based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a detailed breakdown of the cancellation fee upon request.

To cancel any service, please follow these steps:

  2. Specify Service: In your email, please clearly state the service you wish to cancel (e.g., coaching session date, development project name).

Non-Refundable Services:

Please note that the following services are not eligible for cancellation refunds:

  • Coaching Sessions: Refunds cannot be issued for coaching sessions that have already taken place, even if you were unable to attend.

  • Used Course Materials: Course materials that have been accessed online or partially completed cannot be cancelled.

  • Development Work Completed: The portion of the development project completed before the cancellation will not be refunded.
